French coconut pie

Ingredients:

  • 55 g butter, melted
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tbsp. premium flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 100 g sweet coconut flakes (about 1 cup)
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 pie crust, 22 cm in diameter (dough)

Preparation:

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C.
  2. In a large bowl, combine melted butter, eggs, flour, sugar, coconut, and milk. Pour over the pie crust. Bake until the filling is set, about 45-60 minutes.
