Ingredients:
- 55 g butter, melted
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tbsp. premium flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 100 g sweet coconut flakes (about 1 cup)
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 pie crust, 22 cm in diameter (dough)
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 175°C.
- In a large bowl, combine melted butter, eggs, flour, sugar, coconut, and milk. Pour over the pie crust. Bake until the filling is set, about 45-60 minutes.
