Fruit salad with honey-vanilla yogurt

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • Half a vanilla pod, scrape out the seeds
  • Juice of half an orange
  • 1 banana, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1 bunch of white seedless grapes, cut in half

Preparation:

  1. Combine yogurt, honey, vanilla extract and vanilla seeds in a bowl and set aside.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the orange juice and banana slices. Add the berries and grapes and gently toss to combine. Arrange the fruit in serving bowls and drizzle with yogurt.
