Soy dipping sauce with ginger

Ingredients:

  • 0.5 cups lightly salted soy sauce
  • 1/4 tbsp. rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp finely grated ginger
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions
  • 2 medium cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons of sugar
  • 1 tsp. sesame oil

Preparation:

  1. Place all ingredients in a jar, close the lid, and shake well. Serve as a dipping sauce for tempura or Chinese dumplings.
    Exit: 1 tbsp.
