Delicious morning smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 3 large ripe bananas, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup washed strawberries, peeled
  • 0.5 cup raspberries or peeled and chopped kiwi (about 2 pcs.)
  • 1 cup plain natural yogurt
  • 1 and 1/4 cups orange juice
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 tbsp. crushed ice

Preparation:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until smooth, about 30-45 seconds.

    Pour into glasses and serve.
