Pear crisp with almonds in shot glasses

Ingredients:

    Bottom layer

  • 4 tbsp cashew or almond paste

    Middle layer

  • 1 pear, cored and sliced
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom

    Topping

  • 0.5 cups oatmeal
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 2 tbsp chopped almonds
  • 2 tbsp. l. chopped cashews
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Preparation:

  1. Bottom layer:
    Place 1 tablespoon cashew or almond butter in the bottom of each of 4 glasses or molds and freeze for about 1 hour.
  2. Middle layer:
    Preheat the oven to 190°C. Remove the shot glasses from the freezer. In a small bowl, combine the sliced ​​pear with lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cardamom. Divide the mixture evenly between the shot glasses.
  3. Topping:
    Combine oats, coconut, almonds, cashews, honey, and cinnamon in a bowl. Spoon evenly over the pear mixture in each shot glass.
  4. Bake directly on the oven rack (or on a baking sheet) until slightly bubbly and beginning to darken, 20 to 25 minutes.
