Beef meatballs

Ingredients:

  • 0.9 kg ground beef
  • 0.5 cups breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 cups of milk
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • Half a small onion, grated
  • 1 clove garlic, finely grated
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley

Preparation:

  1. Preheat oven to 230°C. Line 2 baking sheets with foil and spray with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, eggs, onion, garlic, parsley, 2 tablespoons of salt, and 0.5 teaspoon of black pepper. Mix with your hands, distributing the ingredients evenly. Form the minced meat into 4-meter-long meatballs (about 30). Place the meatballs on the prepared baking sheets.
  3. Bake meatballs until cooked through and golden brown, 12-15 minutes.
