Light Blue Cheese Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup low-fat natural yogurt
  • 1 tbsp. l. 2% milk
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • A pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

Preparation:

  1. Whisk together yogurt, milk, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and cayenne pepper until smooth.
  2. Add blue cheese, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and ground black pepper to taste, and stir gently. Refrigerate the sauce overnight to allow the flavors to meld.
