Popcorn with Parmesan and Paprika

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup popcorn
  • 1/4 tbsp. grated parmesan (20 gr.)
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp. l. rapeseed oil

Preparation:

  1. In a small bowl, combine Parmesan, paprika, 1/8 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
  2. In a medium skillet, heat the oil and 3 corn kernels over medium-high heat. When 1 or 2 kernels pop, reduce the heat to medium and add the remaining kernels. Cover and cook, shaking the pan occasionally, until the popping subsides, about 2 minutes.
  3. Transfer the popcorn to a large bowl, sprinkle with the Parmesan mixture and toss to coat.
