Grilled Peaches with Whipped Cream

Preparation:

Halve 8 peaches, remove the pits, and toss with 2 tablespoons light brown sugar and 2 tablespoons melted butter. Grill over medium heat until charred, 2 to 3 minutes per side. In a large bowl, beat 2/3 cup each sour cream and cold heavy cream with 1/3 cup brown sugar and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon until light and fluffy. Top the grilled peaches with whipped cream and sprinkle with candied pecans.
